Stadium Rules & Safety
Sports Court Restrictions
- No metal chairs or tables on court floors at any time.
- Non-scratching takkies/sneakers only — no street shoes, boots, or heels.
- No food or drinks inside the Indoor Sports Hall.
- Court marking tape only — no permanent paint or adhesives.
Fire & Safety
- All setups must include a fire safety plan submitted 48 hours before the event.
- No open flames or pyrotechnics without prior written approval from EIPA management.
- All electrical installations must use venue-approved distribution boards.
- Emergency exits must remain unobstructed throughout the booking window.
Capacity & Security
- Events exceeding 100 projected attendees trigger mandatory security coverage.
- Maximum seating capacities must not be exceeded — cinema-style seating limits apply.
- Tripartite post-event inspection sign-off required (Security Officer, Host Organization, Team Official).
- Security personnel must be present throughout the event for bookings over 500 attendees.
Noise & Hours
- Outdoor arena noise curfew: 22:00 (10 PM).
- Amplified sound in exhibition halls must conclude by 23:00.
- Setup and clearing activities outside 07:00–19:00 require prior approval.
Catering & Kitchens
- All food vendors must hold valid Eswatini health permits.
- Commercial kitchen use requires prior health and safety clearance.
- Catering for the VIP Suite must be arranged through approved vendors only.
Rules are enforced as part of the tripartite inspection protocol. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the damage bond.
